2019 Debate Competition for Universities Specializing in Science and Engineering
‘Debate Competition for Universities Specializing in Science and Engineering’ is an event where future leaders of the 4th Industrial Revolution share ideas about concepts of future society.
The competition, co-hosted by the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology and Pohang University of Science and Technology, is aimed at undergraduate students of Korea’s five universities specializing in science and engineering – DGIST, POSTECH, KAIST, UNIST, and GIST.
This year’s topic is “basic income system should be expanded in preparation for shift in labor force in the age of automation.”
The winning team will be awarded 2 million won (USD 1,700). For more details, please refer to the poster and attached file below.
