Fall 2015 Course Evaluation Process
 
Students are encouraged to participate in the Fall 2015 course evaluation during the designated period below. Your active participation and candid responses are highly important as the evaluation results will be used for the improvement of courses. For courses with more than one instructor, each instructor must be evaluated separately. Non-participants will not be allowed to access their course grades, December 15, 2015 – January 17, 2016.
 
1. Course Evaluation Period: (Tue.) Dec. 1 – (Mon.) Dec. 14, 2015 (two weeks)
 
 

2. Course Evaluation Procedure:

   ▶ Online course evaluation page: Log onto POVIS => Academic Affairs => Courses/Grade =>
       Course Evaluation
   ▶ On the course evaluation page:
     – Select the courses you are taking in Fall 2015 one at a time.
     – Answer all survey questions on a scale of 1 to 5
       (⑤ Strongly Agree ↔ ① Strongly Disagree).
     – Enter any additional comments and click on "save" to complete evaluation.
       (If you don’t have any comments, simply click on “save.”)
     – For courses with more than one instructor, complete a questionnaire for each instructor
       and then save.
   ▶ Notes
     – Responses will not be saved unless all questions are answered, and cannot be modified
       once saved.
     – For lab courses, four additional questions must be answered.
     – All responses remain strictly confidential and the data will be processed anonymously.
     – Thesis research courses, seminars, and courses with fewer than five enrollees are excluded
       from evaluation.
 
3. Students who do not participate in the course evaluations will be unable to view their course
    grades, (Tue.) Dec. 15, 2015 – (Sun.) Jan. 17, 2016.
 
 

4. To view course evaluation results:

    Log onto POVIS => Academic Affairs => Courses/Grade => Course Evaluation Result
    (Results will become available after January 18, 2016.)
