In celebration of POSTECH’s 25th anniversary on December 3, 2011, the 25th Anniversary Publicity Task Force has created an emblem epitomizing our quarter-century history and vision.

We use this official emblem for various events and publications relating to the 25th anniversary to promote the University and the meaning of its quarter centennial anniversary. -Description: Over the past quarter century, POSTECH has made enormous strides to become Asia’s top research-oriented university. The two “soaring” birds embody POSTECH’s determination to soar even higher and become one of the best universities in the world. The red bird symbolizes POSTECH and the grey one does reason and intelligence of the advanced science technology. Navy blue of the number 25 represents POSTECH members’ passion and strong spirit.
